This portfolio showcases how I design scalable, intuitive digital products by combining service design thinking with hands-on UI execution. My work spans fintech, healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise platforms—focusing on transforming complex systems into clear, actionable user experiences.
I begin by understanding the full service ecosystem through journey mapping, archetypes, and use case definition. This systems-level approach ensures every interface supports real user needs, business goals, and operational workflows.
From there, I design modular, production-ready UI grounded in strong hierarchy, clarity, and scalability—supported by design systems, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
The end result is to be thoughtful, human-centered product experiences that improve usability, align stakeholders, and scale effectively across platforms.

Hotel Elite
is a future-state mobile app & prototype concept designed to empower hotel staff with real-time access to critical guest and operational information. The experience was envisioned to support both front-of-house and back-of-house employees, enabling faster decision-making, improved operational efficiency, and a more personalized guest experience.
The concept focuses on delivering the right information, at the right time, in a clear and actionable format—helping staff anticipate guest needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver elevated service across every stage of the guest journey.
Problem:
Hotel staff operate in fast-paced environments where timely access to information is critical. However, essential guest details, room status, and operational priorities are often fragmented across systems or difficult to access on the move. This creates inefficiencies, slows response times, and limits staff’s ability to proactively serve guests.
There was an opportunity to design a unified mobile experience that streamlined access to relevant information and empowered staff to act quickly and confidently.
Solution:
Front-of-House Experience
The app enables front-of-house employees to quickly identify guests, understand their status, and anticipate their needs before direct interaction.
Key capabilities include:
Immediate access to guest profiles, membership tiers, and stay status
Real-time updates on arrivals, delays, and check-in progress
Guest communication tools to coordinate service efficiently
Clear visual hierarchy to support rapid recognition and decision-making
This allows staff to deliver more personalized, proactive service and reduce friction during guest interactions.
Back-of-House Experience:
The app provides back-of-house employees with a clear overview of operational priorities, helping them quickly assess workload and focus on the most critical tasks.
Key capabilities include:
Real-time room status visibility (vacant, dirty, occupied, ready)
Task prioritization to guide workflow at the start of each shift
Operational dashboards to support efficient room turnover
Clear, glanceable interfaces designed for fast-paced environments
This improves coordination, reduces delays, and enhances overall operational efficiency.
Design Approach:
The concept was grounded in real-world hospitality use cases and research findings to ensure the experience aligned with staff workflows and operational needs. The design focused on:
Simplifying complex operational data into intuitive, mobile-first interfaces
Establishing strong visual hierarchy for rapid scanning and usability
Creating scalable UI patterns that could support a full operational ecosystem
Designing cohesive interactions aligned with modern mobile platform standards
Role: Art Director & UI Designer

The experience focuses on transforming complex organizational data into clear, actionable insights—helping users identify what is working well and where meaningful improvements can be made.
Problem:
Understanding workplace sentiment and performance is often fragmented across surveys, reports, and disconnected tools. These delays limit an organization’s ability to respond proactively and create environments where employees can perform at their best.
There was an opportunity to design a unified, real-time interface that made organizational health visible, measurable, and actionable for both employees and leadership.
Solution
The platform provides an intuitive dashboard that surfaces key workplace indicators, allowing users to monitor trends, evaluate performance, and identify areas of opportunity.
Key design outcomes included:
Providing a clear, real-time overview of workplace mood and engagement

Dunkin’ Loyalty Transformation program was an animated product vision designed to introduce and communicate the next evolution of Dunkin’s loyalty program. The project focused on using animation and visual storytelling to clearly articulate how the new ecosystem would function, the value it would provide to customers, and how it would strengthen long-term engagement with the brand.
The animated experience translated complex program mechanics into an intuitive, emotionally engaging narrative—helping stakeholders, partners, and internal teams visualize the future of Dunkin’s loyalty platform.
Opportunity:
Loyalty programs often involve layered systems of rewards, status tiers, and behavioral incentives that can be difficult to communicate through static presentations alone. There was an opportunity to create a cohesive animated product vision that demonstrated how the new loyalty experience would work across the full customer journey—from onboarding to earning, redeeming, and progressing through membership tiers.
The goal was to make the future experience tangible, compelling, and easy to understand while reinforcing Dunkin’s brand personality and customer-first approach.
Solution:
I developed a comprehensive animation-ready visual system and narrative storyboard that brought the loyalty program vision to life. The work focused on creating a cohesive animated product story that communicated:
How customers join and engage with the new loyalty ecosystem
How points are earned, tracked, and redeemed
How membership tiers and progression incentivize deeper engagement
How the mobile experience integrates seamlessly into the customer journey
The visual language was designed to align with Dunkin’s brand while elevating clarity, warmth, and approachability. Each scene was intentionally crafted to support animation fluidity, narrative continuity, and visual consistency.
Design Approach:
Story-Driven Product Visualization
Developed a full storyboard that translated strategic product concepts into a structured, animation-ready narrative. This ensured the animation communicated both functional mechanics and emotional value.
Illustration System for Motion:
Created a complete library of custom illustration assets designed specifically for animation. Assets were constructed to support modular motion, enabling smooth transitions, scalable reuse, and visual consistency across scenes.
Animation-First Thinking:
Designed every asset and scene with motion in mind—anticipating timing, transitions, and interaction flow to ensure seamless execution during animation production.
Brand Alignment:
Ensured all visual elements reinforced Dunkin’s brand identity while elevating the perceived sophistication and clarity of the loyalty platform.
Role: Art Director & Illustrator
Led the creative vision, art direction, and illustration development for the animated product concept. Translated strategic product ideas into a cohesive visual narrative and created all illustration assets and storyboards to support animation production.
Responsibilities included:
Defining the creative vision and animation narrative
Storyboarding the full product experience
Creating all illustration assets optimized for motion
Establishing visual systems and animation-ready components
Partnering with animators through asset handoff and animation guidance
