Launched in 2024 the Investment performance page on the Chase app helps you to monitor your investment holdings. Designs were based on solving for use cases, voice of customers, and research findings to inform what was most useful components and tools.

Role: UI designer & animation (prototype & final production) working closely with product owner, development, content writer, and research analyst, and leadership team.

Future state mobile app concept for the hotel staff. An app to assist the hotel staff (both front & back of the house) to better serve guests in real-time. Aiming to optimize and serve relevant information to the users to serve the end client better.

For the front of the house employees it helps them quickly identify theirs guests and meet their needs ahead of time. For the back of the house employees it helps them quickly assess their work load and which areas to prioritize when starting their shift.

Role: Art director / UI designer. Create initial concepts based on use cases and research findings to enrich the mobile experience. Create some key user screens for the app to help showcase the idea.

This app aims to help users identify what is working and which areas need improvement within their working environment.

Role: Graphic designer / Ui designer / Illustrator. Design the overall layout of the poster, illustrate all of the key moments (some high level screens & scenes). Collaborating with the rest of the team to define the content.
